I made my payment on 26 August, well intime of the first deadline - i followed the instructions on the website and statement for what reference to use, and what bank account to pay! I've had to email the proof of payment 3 times, and phone them a total of 6 times to get the payment to reflect on my account. They then have the to say 'why dont you set up a debit order'??? Can you imagine how they would stuff that up???
I'm paying my balance off slowly, in min installments, and NEVER BUYING FROM THEM AGAIN! This is shocking!
