I purchased a gift off the Boardmans website on Monday 5 August. The money was debited from my account and I received an email notification that Edcon had received the order.
I subsequently phoned Boardmans / Edcon customer care to confirm the delivery address and that my order had been received.
By Friday 16 August I still had not received the said item. The event for which I needed to gift was the next day, Saturday 17 August.
I called the customer call centre on Friday 16 August requesting a refund as I did not receive the item and no longer needing the item having lapsed the event date.
The agent refused to give me a reference number for the call, and said she would call back with feedback on Monday. She didn;t and its now Wednesday. I have tried repeatily to get hold of another agent over the last two days to no success. Please refund my money!
