I am a first time user and had a dismally dissapointing service from the company. I orderd a CD on 30 Oct. When I logged into my profile on the website It stated that my order was dispatched on Monday 4th Nov and expected delivery is 5th Nov. I called the centre on the 6th @ 10:20, I was advised by Fernando that my order is still at the Courier company and I should receive by the 7th and he call back to confirm, he did not. I called again on the 7th November 13;15 and spoke to another consultant Given, who said she'll enquire with the warehoue and get back to me, which AGAIN, she did not. I called later on the 7th, as I did not get feedback and spoke to Gareth, who gave me the number of the courier. When I called the courier company, the admin lady (Kristen) confirmed that they do not have the CD.I called (8th Nov) and escalated the issue to a manager (Monique Beukes), who said she'll follow up and get back to me, however she told an AGENT to tell me that I need to (re order) & wait ANOTHER 7 DAYS for the CD or my refund as my order is LOST.1st, I was to by the agents& now the manager has taken no accountability to ensure I get my order as promised by [URL Removed]
