On 3/6/13 I completed a cancellatio form in Cavendish branch. I was informed that the d/order will still be deducted end June which was fine with me, automatically after this deduction the d/order will be cancelled.

End July the d/order went off again, followed up with Cell C Cavendish and was assured that the d/order will be cancelled.

End August & September the d/order went off again, I contact H/O myself on 8 October and spoke to Tshepiso who confirmed that the branch did send the cancellation request but did not attach the form I completed on 3 June. The form was only sent to H/O on 16 September. H/O agent confirmed that the debit order is cancelled and the refund will be paid out within 7 w/days.

On 29 October no refund received yet, called H/O again and spoke to Malehasa, she looked into the query and needed more time so assured me that she will call me back on the same day, nobody called back!

On 11 November called H/O again and spoke to Metlakala she confirmed that the cancellations dept approved the refund but also needed more time to look into the query. She called me back requesting more time and to date nobody called me back.
