I had two policies with Liberty life that i requested to cancel. I called and they sent me documentation to complete, I did that and sent all suppoprting documentation as well. I was told the refund process is 7 days, 10 days later I received 1 policy refund and not the other. I then followed up on Friday and was told that the money will be in my account latest Sunday but to my surprise still no funds in my account. I called today and was told that the refunds department still ahs to release the money.
I demand my money back no later than tomorow morning, this is pathetic service, the call centre agent left me to hold for 30 minutes when i asked for a manager.
Is this how Liberty treats people???
