No feedback for 2 weeks!!!

I called the call centre on the 2nd April and requested my account to be closed. The lady politely explained that I needed to send through a e-mail and confirmed I would recieve a refund within 5 days. On the 9th April I still heard nothing, since I really needed the money I accidently transfered to the account, I called again. This time I spoke to a consultant Leranzo who did not know why I have not received feedback but said I should send another request via Fax. When I asked why he said they did not yet get my request so fax will be quicker. I agreed so got all the details, however I asked Leranzo to confirm when the funds would be transfered and he said 9 days!! That was simply not acceptable, it days 2 days the max to transfer funds, why should I wait another 9 days!!! I than asked to speak to a superviser and just like that I was placed on mute, he did not even ask me to hold, the line went dead. I called back and my luck, I got through to Leranzo who insisted he told me to hold, none the less, he transfered me to his superviser Ndumiso Ncube who assured me that by Friday I would have the funds into my account. I could not join my friends for a show this weekend because of U!
