False promises and extremely bad service

Good day
On Sunday, 1 September Ryan at House and Home Gateway showed me a catalogue with a Huffy 26 inch bike. I wanted one but he advised that it was only on sale from 3 September. On 3 September I went to purchase the biike but the floor stock was slightly damaged. After waiting for a long time I was told that there was no stock of new bikes. I left a message for Ryan to call me but he didnt. Later that day I phoned and Ryan promised that he would order me a brand new black bike. On Sunday 8 September I went to the store as I had heard nothing. I spoke to the manager who advised that there was no new stock and the bikes were sold as is sometimes with scratches, etc. He referred me to Kreesan who took down all my details and placed an order with the Pavillion branch. It is now 16 September and I have not heard from anyone yet. It is unacceptable that there is no brand new stock of the product. The advertisement did not state "Demo Models only". I was possibily the first purchaser and made 3 trips to the store only to be let down and hear more inconsistent information. I dont believe that I have been treated fairly and would like to know if House and Home promises will be honoured.
