Stii waiting for my Vouche

I purchased a fridge from house & Home Alberton on the 01 September and collected it on 8 September. On the advertisement there was a free voucher. When I paid on the first, they didn't have stock of the vouchers. When I went to collect the fridge they told me that they still do not have the vouchers but they will phone me once it comes in.

It has been 11 weeks now and still no call. Cannot believe it takes them this long to issue vouchers.
