Impressed with ability to deliver on Promises

I complained about Makro when the Huffy DS 7 bikes on sale that was out of stock. Reggie and Maria went out of their way to move stock from CT to Wood mead for me. Maria also arranged delivery to my house. Sadly; two of the 4 bikes were defective from the supplier. Maria was happy to take the bikes back but had no stock to replace. She called Huffy and their rep came out to verify the defective bikes. The Huffy representative promised to source two replacement bikes or arrange an upgrade. Sadly Huffy/Raleigh made false promises and have not delivered. I travel extensively and Maria called to follow up on the bike replacement then called Huffy. Huffy called me same day to state they will sort me out soon. Now I still wait for Huffy who was to replace the two bikes with the Huffy DS9.Three weeks have passed and I seem to be forgotten to Huffy. What a contrast in service to that of Makro. Makro management kept up to their word and delivered ensuring I am a lifetime customer. Well done to Reggie and Maria. Your assistance is much appreciated.
