Thanks Takealot. It doesn't take a lot to be friendly, but going the extra mile, that makes me happy.
I've placed an order on the 2nd of September, and as life is a rush, I didn't read the different delivery methods, just ticked the first one. After payment I viewed and realised that I had chosen the wrong delivery method and that I would receive my parcel a day too late. I phoned and wanted to change the delivery, but the friendly lady assured me that it's not necessary as I will still receive my parcel in time. I didn't think it would be possible, yet I've received the parcel on the 3rd of September before 14h00 as promised.

Wow guys. This is not the first time I've done business with you, and after every order you just seem to get better and better.

Being a fan of online shopping, thanks for staying my no.1 choice.

Now to go tackle my wishlist again. Hehe.
