Staff turn away paying customers

On the 9th of April at around 2-3pm, Rebeckah and another lady on duty with her behind the till made my husband and I wait in line long after the only other customer had been helped. They were very aware of our presence, so much so that they then decided it would be proper business etiquette to give us dirty looks and talk about us in their home language, while making us stand and wait. We inched forward and I said under my breath that "it doesn't look like we are going to be helped" and to my surprise the other lady replied 'no, just wait' and that we did, we waited, and waited and watched as Rebeckah and her friend chattered and laughed loudly at us while slowly packing things on the shelf behind them. (work that would usually take a split second to complete). We only had one item and wanted to pay cash, but we walked out and will not be going back any time soon! We are regular and cash paying customers of all the MrPrice stores, but Festival mall and the MrPrice Home in Greenstone are the worst stores and the staff there seem to make it their mission to bring the company down by their rude and unprofessional behavior! Do they not attend customer etiquette training?
