On the 15th June 2013 to buy my groceries. When I got to the tills to pay there was 15 minutes left for the store to close. I went to the cashier on till number 9 and she was Lerato. When I got to the till I started off loading my groceries, lerato said to me "when u done that side u need to come and pack your things in plastics". I asked her cant she ask someone to pack for me as my trolley is full, so she told me that i need to do my part too. Then another lady came to assist with the packing when she noticed that no one was packing. After i was don offloading the trolley i went to the other side of the till 2 assist with packing. Then Lerato continues to say "please pay your staff we don't have all day" i asked her 1st she said i must pack my things, when am doing that she tells me with attitude that i must pay. Then she says to me. "When you were supposed to pack u didn't do it you dint pack, so y do u want to do it now" then she continued to say that some customers think they are special.
After paying I even told the lady who was packing that ever since I shopped at Pick n pay, this is a first.
Shocking treatment, realy!
Lerato need to learn how to treat customers.
