Ad service and attitude

Its my 5th time going to mr price home Atterbury and didn't have one day of good service there! Today I were standing at the till for 35 minutes waiting for one till to open for me to pay my things! The staff is running around trying to do everything. All the customers are standing around for someone to helped them. The shop is messy and not organized! Every time I complain about the bad service the manager 'Buang' give me a bad attitude and tell me she can't help me - she scream at her staff in front of all the customers. I can see the staff is unhappy with her they are trying to help but she doesn't care and just sit on her and give orders! The shop is in a bad condition and I feel its the manager Buang's fault!! I will never go to the shop again! And I will also close my account with mr.price. My mother and 3 sisters are also going to close their accounts! We are busy to re furnish our homes, but we will do it els where!!!
