Outsurance does day light

OUTSURANCE is a day light & i wouldnt recommend it to my worst enermy. I have been insured with outsurance since 2010 after a collegue recommended me to them and i dont skip any payments. Last week on the 15th October the break in my place while we were sleeping, broke the buglars and came in they came in our room and we didnt hear anything. According to the police they have burn some animal tail to make us sleep. They my wife ring in our room, her cellphone, laptop and sme small things. I reported the things to the police on the same time but call outsurance on the 17th. Thanduxolo the callcentre was not sympathising @ all and on top they send me in my house a rude acessor frm who told me if i need anything to be paid i must bring the slips before thursday i advise him slips sme slips we have them in my wife home in JHB.The guy made me feel like a most of the time he was negative saying i dont knw my things reffering to sme game tht doesnt have a model. I have never felt like this in my life. We lost sme things & last thing we needed is an insurance that will think we want mney for them. I will buy my things i dont need outsurance ever again.why would i
