Cash back vouchers being issued months late

The last cash back cycle for clicks ended 15 August 2013. On the 1st of September 2013 I e-mailed them with my complaint regarding the voucher not being available yet. I received a response back via e-mail on the 3rd of September. I was informed that the vouchers was only going to be issued in November 2013. This is pathetic. Dischem and Pick n pay you can claim back your cash back whenever it suits you. I replied back on the 4th of September 2013 and still have received no reply. Clicks need to sort this out. At this stage I will much rather buy from Pick n Pay and Dischem if this is the problem with Clicks's cash back system.By all means if they needed for instance 1- 2 weeks to make sure all your points accumulated, that is understandable. But on the dates that was e-mailed to me there is not even a proper pattern on issuing this points. It seems to me that clicks is trying to keep this voucher back so that people must do their Christmas shopping with them or holiday shopping. Let us as customers have the say in when we want to use our vouchers.
