No Clicks communication for 2 years

I have had no communication from Clicks for at least the last two years!
I swipe my card frequently, I know that I have accumulated MANY points which should have been granted back as cash back benefits. I have not received any communication, vouchers, clubcard magazines etc for ages.

I have called the call centre to verify my correct postal address, you still have it. So why am I not receiving any of my promised rewards?

I see that I am not even able to login to the Clicks online page.

Please sort this out, otherwise I'm not sure why I'm bothering with the clicks card...
