More then 100 points earned but no cash-back

Good day,

During the previous period which ended on 15 November 2013, I had earned more then 100 points but was not awarded any voucher. As per your website if more then 100 points are collected during a 3 month period then a voucher will be awarded. This was not done!

Your website states:

"When do I get Cash-back?

When you earn 100 ClubCard Points or more by the qualification dates below, your Points will be paid out as a Cash-back Reward mailed to you about 6 weeks after these dates."

Also the current period states I have 113 points but I require a further 87. WHY??
