I am very upset in Clicks not sending vouchers within their 3 month periods as stipulated in their terms and conditions. The last cash back closing date was 15 August 2013. I have spent over R4000 at clicks and on the website it shows I'm entitled to cash back vouchers of over R500. The closing date was 15th august, when we called through to the call centre we were told the date has changed and we will only get the vouchers the end of November. Does it take an additional 3 months for us to receive the vouchers we entitled to. My husband works for discovery health and they will not be happy with the complaint about one of their health partners. Please can someone enlighten me as to why the vouchers will not be sent as usual and is now delayed. Clubcard number 0200280631493
