Clicks Loyalty Points Invisible Fine Print

After a recent discussion I contacted Clicks with regards to my Club Points and how long it can be kept/saved for, inorder to increase the voucher value.

After gettig the run around, I was informed that Clicks reset the points that you have earned as "loyal" customers evry 365 days. Thus you are only permitted to be a "loyal" customer one year at a a time.

What is further concerning is th fact that should Clicks have failed to have updated/sent your "vouchers" to you, you sill lose out after the365 cut off. Thus, due to Clicks admin issues, post offices strikes, priting issues... their are hundreds of reasons why yoy mite not receive yoru vouchers, you as the "Loyal Clicks" customer, gets screwd over and you lose out.

Strange thing is: I checked the website... along with a Clicks Call Centre Staff member and NOWHERE could we find the stipulation that every 365 days... you lose out!?!?

Thus I have asked them to cancel my card and remove me from their systems, as I do not get ANY benefit from doing businss with them and mite as well save some cash and purchase my medcation through Dischem or Pick & Pay Pharmacies, as they are on average between 5 to 25% cheaper.
