ON THE 2ND OF AUGUST I EMAILED TFG CUSTOMER CARE STATING THAT MY DEBIT ORDER DETAILS HAS CHANGED AND THAT THEY SHOULD CHANGE IT ON THEIR SYSTEMS. ACCORDING TO THE EMAIL THEY SENT ME IT WAS SUPPOSED TO HAVE BEEN CHANGED. ACCORDING TO THEM DUE TO THE DATE THE ACCOUNT WILL AUGUST STILL GO OFF ON THE OLD ACCOUNT BUT AS FROM SEPTEMBER IT WILL GO OFF ON THE NEW ACCOUNT. TODAY SOMEONE PHONED ME TELLING ME I AM ARREARS IN MY ACCOUNT!!! HOW THE DOES THAT WORK?
