Clubcard points not true reflection of money spent

I shop A LOT at clicks. I've spent not hundreds but thousands of rands since last year at a specific branch. I realised recently that even though I should have accumulated many points, I receive vouchers that are of little rand value. I complained about this in store on a number of occasions and then the manager suggested I check my points online, which I did.

I noticed that it showed on the system that my points were sitting at 78 and that I had three vouchers. I shopped again at clicks before redeeming the vouchers and on the day I redeemed the voucher. I logged back onto the system to see if my points had increased since then and see that they have not. the site says that the system was last updated on 30/3 so clearly my points should have been added?

Why have they not been?

i suspect that the system is not accurate and points are not allocated accuartely.
