I called in about two weeks about my leaking fridge, kic said a new fridge will be delivered to us by Friday 6/9/13, i called in on Tuesday the 10/9/13 and they said it will now only get delivered hopefully by Friday 13/9/13, because the replacement only got processed today, even though i called in on Monday last week. plus the person who handled the call was very rude.
