On the 5th of this month I went to buy a Blackberry 9300 by Cash Crusaders. After like more than a hour I eventually found one that was working (or so I thought). The phone couldnt read memory cards. So I had to take it back the next day. Great they gave me another one (which I had to pay more for). So my work sent me away on that same day to Bloemfontein. Guess what... This phone was also broken! It reboots on its own... it freezes from time to time! Sumtimes it does not recieve calls even though it has full signal! So I got back from Bloemfontein the 10th and went back to change my phone that was never tested properly. Now the manager says I have to book it in for repairs and wait up till 14 days for the phone! I explained it to them I cant be without a phone due to my work! But it does not matter to them so long as they have my money who cares? How can I bring a phone back in 48hours after purchase when I was sent away for work? I did say to the sales consultant that she must make a 100% sure that this phone is working! Clearly its not! I did not get value for my money!
