Empty promises I need to pay fo

I bought a fridge on 11 October (Friday) and ask for delivery. The next day (Saturday) I had other plans, so I asked if they do deliveries on Sundays. They assured me that my fridge will be delivered on Sunday. The fridge was never delivered on Sunday and when I phoned them on the Monday, they didn't know what fridge I was talking about. The person that was suppose to help me on the other end of the line was rude and irritated and made the whole situation even more unpleasant. Now I have to spend even more money to sort out their poor service.
