1 week no replacement and delivery of my fridge

Electronics and household app.

I bought a fridge 8 months ago and eventually it stopped working, I called Hisense to assist in this regard and it was arranged for the technician to come fix it. He came 2 days later, checked it and told me the circuit board was damaged and he'll have to replace it on Monday.

Monday came and when I called to ask what time I should expect him, he told me there were no spares and it has been logged for a replacement. The responsible person then told me by the end on the week replacement would have been done. On Friday I took leave to expect them as there was not going to be anyone home, I then emailed them to inform me when they'll come.

There was no response to my question, no delivery was made and no decency to apologies of this matter.

This is unacceptable as I have spent a fortune on take aways because my food was spoilt. I want this matter to be handled accordingly and Hisense should sell quality.
