No replacement fridge... What a MESS

I have been awaiting a replacement fridge for the past 6 months. i finally went into store and was abit irate. the salesperson on Tuesday (24/09/2013) assured all will be sorted. On wednesday night at 8pm i get a call from a guy to collect the fridge with no ptior notice. i advised him to come the following day as it was too late. he pitched up the next day, by HIMSELF with a truck. He couldnt carry the fridge out the house to truck. With the Aid of my mum and maid the eventually got it into the truck.(maybe he was lead to believe he was picking up a cooler box). That was on thursday, today is Saturday, 28/09/2013) still no fridge has been delivered. I had subsequntly done my groceries for the month in advance, approx R3 500 perishables all have gone off. called in to the store this morning, no senior person is in to disolve this matter.
