Call centre giving incorrect information

Fridge was purchased, delivered, problem with fridge, freezing perishables in the fridge. called call cnetre... a week later nobody went to assess, got call on monday to say it will be replaced this week, called this morning to hear that a techincian has been out to site to fix problem... ref S318575, thiis has NOT been done, also today's call a unit will be delivered by next week only... unacceptable service
