Excellent service

We purchased a queen size airbed and used it twice. After that it started loosing compression without any visible leaks/damage.
I returned the item, was assisted by a very friendly and helpful salesman. He immediately accepted to have it checked out. The same salesman phoned me 2 days later explaining what they found the problem was and that his manager instructed that the item must be replaced.
Thanks gents, that's the way I can recall business was conducted in this country.
