MISLEADING THE PUBLIC, DISHONEST SALESMAN & MANAGE

Makro advertises on its website an item Philips DCM 5090 Docking Tower for R 2299, specifications with AUX input. Crown mines branch is listed as having stock. On a visit to purchase told by salesman that no such item exists in their stockholding. He reports this to the manager who first is not able to find the item on Makros site and where i have to physically use his computer to direct him to the advertisement. I am then told that they cannot assist me. When asked which branch has stock, i am told that not a single makro branch has this item, yet it is advertised. I then call another branch only to find out they have the item. Both the sales guy and manager were rude and treated me as if I didnt know what I was talking about and dismissed my concern that MAKRO advertises items only to be told that no such item is sold at any of its stores. This is grossly misleading& untrue. I am deeply disturbed by being to by a manager and a salesman in an attempt not to assist me. Makro crown mines employs pathetic and useless sales people who dont even know their own products as the salesman specifically told me that the item i am looking for does not have the features i claim that it has
