Unable to honour a Warranty

I bought my 40" LED Samsung TV in Jan 2012. AT the time i was advised by the salesman at the Game Store that the tv has a two warranty, Upon removing the TV from box, I found a warranty print out by Samsung stating: LCD TV 1 year warranty, Color TV 2 year warranty. Considering my TV was a LED, I found it reassuring that salesman was in fact honest in disclosing the facts. My TV was then sent into game for repairs in Feb 2013, only to find out that it will not be repaired under warranty. Both Game (cresta) and Samsung are refusing to honour the warranty that was promised!!! I spoke to the Store Manager last Tuesday (05/03/2013) and he Promised to have the issue resolved within a day or so... a week later and i have heard nothing from him. Tried calling him but he seems to be avoiding me. Game also promise to have any item that they book in under warranty (of which i have proof of) to be replaced or refunded if the item is not repaired within 21 days, today is day 28.
As a owner of two companies, I under the value of a promise to a customer, something that this store manager needs to learn before he thinks he can run a store. If not resolved asap, i be will handing it over!!!
