Dion Wired
Price not displayed on item

Yesterday I went to Dion Wired in Gateway Umhlanga to get a wireless controller charger. I had found the item on the shelf and it was the last one. There was no price displayed, so I went around looking for a salesman. I then found a guy and asked him to come with me. I then asked him to tell me the price and he said come with him cause he will check on the system, I asked him to tell me the price by looking at the display and he couldnt cause the price was not there. I then told him I will be taking the item and he said he cant do that, I then went and decided to take the item and pay for it either way and try and take it up further. He then continued with the sale and before I could give him card to pay for it, he gave me a discount of R100 for some reason. The item on the site was R350, but at the till it showed as R400, regardless, he gave a discount and only charged me R300.I asked him why he was giving me a discount and he said he can reduce to cost and I must take up the rest with his head office. I believe with CPA the price should have been displayed and because it was not, I should have not paid a cent. Really poor service from DIon Wired. The salesman turned out being Sales Manager.
