Handling Fee

On the 23-09-2013 i went to Pienaar bros to purchase a rain suit. after explaining to the salesman that i needed a rain suit for use with a motorcycle, and that i did not want pockets or a fly in the pants of the rain suit as this is where the rain enters the rain suit. the salesman brought a new rain suit from the store area for me to try. This rain suit did not have pockets or a fly but was one size to small. I told the salesman that i was happy with the rain suit but needed a size larger. When the larger rain suit was brought to me i checked the size was correct but did not take the rain suit out of its plastic pouch. I checked the rain suit later that evening and i found that this rain suit was different to the original one that i tried on and had pockets and a fly in the pants which was what i did not want. I asked my wife to return the rain suit and get my money back when she returned the rain suit, Pienaar Bros had the cheek to charge me a 20 % handling fee. I think this is unacceptable as they supplied the wrong item in the first place.
