I have logged a complaint on the 15th August 2013, to date I have not yet received any feedback from this useless company, what kind of company does not care about its reputation? It shows that they do not give a about the customers. I don't regret closing my account with them. I will not leave this matter hanging if you think I will give up. This is the last chance you have to resolve my complaint.
