No Feedback to Complaint - Edgars don't Care

It has been a month since I logged a complaint about Lebogang's pathetic service at Edgars Fourways Mall. To date I have not received any feedback on the matter and the Complaints line is always busy. It is evident that Edgars condone their staff members poor behaviour and pathetic attitude. Well done Edgars!!!
