Do Not Buy any Aircon from Hirsch's

Please do not buy airconditioners from Hirsch's. I have had a nightmare from day one, poor service, poor attitude, poor installation, poor after sales service and no accountability. The installation was a joke, they outsource the installation to contractors whose work was poor quality and which damaged my house and Hirsch's did not assist in resolving the issues. A few months later additional work had to be done, by a different contractor from Hirsch's and apart from going to the wrong address and being late, the workmanship was again poor. The latest experience was for basic servicing and between Hirch's and another new contractor this has been a nightmare again.

Please do not waste your time and money, get airconditioning from anywhere else in Johannesburg.
