Reputation... what reputation just gimme the money

Dear Peter
I have logged a complaint with Nashua Mobile on your site on 14 July. To date there has been no response. I see that they are listed as a company who responds.
I assume based on this that as long as you receive money from them you don't care what the company does, irrespective of your reputation.
when i look at all the comments i see that there are no responses and yet they are STILL A COMPANY WHO RESPONDS?
what are you going to do about it?
