No response to Hello Peter complaint from 16 April

So after trying multiple channels to get my complaint logged through LegalWise, i finally logged one on Hello Peter on 16 April 2013. To date, i have not received a single phone call, email or any sort of response advising that my complaint is being looked into.

Over and above the complaint, i have no idea what is the status of the query that i requested LegalWise to assist with.

This is basically extortion where you are happy to take our fee's but offer no service at all in return!

LegalWise... you have just been fortunate thus far that time has not permitted me in taking this matter further, but trust me, i will definitely not leave this matter alone and just move on. YOU WILL REIMBURSE ALL THE FEE's i have ever paid to you!

Also looking at the trend of complaints this company gets, it seems like this should actually be consolidated and released to the media so people are aware of exactly what they may be getting into when dealing with you.
