Still no Sales docket and valuation certificate

After my Previous Hello Peter Complaint, and promises on Hello Peter that I would get a sales docket and a valuation certificate, I have still not received what was promised.

Herewith a copy of my previous complaint.

I bought an Anchor Gold chain CH4945A180 over the weekend from NWJ - The Grove mall - Pretoria.

Due to system problems, the store could not assist with a valuation/insurance certificate.

After a few requests and e-mails I still don't have a sales docket and valuation certificate

Really pathetic service.

I will keep on complaining until I get what was promised to me.
