Feedback: Damaged ring bought less than 6 months ago

I was called today to pick up my ring as it had been repaired free of charge which was great until I got to American Swiss Savannah mall the attitude of one of the shop assistants there, I must say was disgusting to say the least. Her name is Itumeleng (they refused to tell me her surname).
She told the shop assistant assisting me that she must tell her customer (me) to take care of her ring this time. I asked her if she was implying that the ring was damaged because I didn't care for it and she said yes, that's when I asked for her name. She blatantly ignored me. The shop assistant assisting me gave me her name. When I asked for the surname, she (Itumeleng) asked if I wanted to report her and if that was the case I should go ahead and report her as she does not care.
From my experience I must conclude that American Swiss doesn't offer adequate training on customer service for their shop assistants particularly Itumeleng who has a major attitude. I would not recommend American Swiss to anyone I know based on this poor service and disgusting attitude that I received.
