Overcharging and BAD service

I was looking for a specific ring and went into American Swiss in Mokopane, where I saw this ring in a booklet for R6999.99 but they did not have the ring in store. I then went to American Swiss at Mall of the North which had the ring priced R7999.99, I asked if I could see the booklet, because the price was incorrect. They informed me that they do not have any booklets, and that the price is indeed correct, and that there is nothing they can do about the R1000.00 price difference. I asked if any other branches had the ring, when they told me NO! I had to take it or leave it, as it is the last stock and if it is out, they will not get it again. I bought the ring on my account and the certificate was made out. This was about two weeks ago.

Looking for a watch at American Swiss Brits Mall, my eye caught this exact same ring, again priced at R6999.99 and I asked if it was a special, when they told me that it is the normal price and all stock on special will be clearly marked. They also replied yes when I asked them if all the same stock should be priced the same at ALL the stores. Which is clearly not the case, I am being over charged and would like a refund.
