BAD QUALITY PRODUCTS

In June/July 2011 I bought a wife a wedding ring at American Swiss (Cape Gate branch) - less than 2 years later, the diamond falls out. We took it into the Tygervally branch, they said that they only cover their products with a 6 months guarantee, so we sent it in for their workshop to quote, the quote came to almost R4000 to fix. I can just as well buy a new ring as the ring was purchased for about R6500 - my wife looks really well after her ring and puts it away in it's case every night. I think it's disgusting that the rings falls apart after a year and half. My family has bought jewellery from American Swiss for years now including some of my extended family members. I don't think any of us will be buying anything from American Swiss anytime soon. The workmanship is of very poor quality.
