Pathetic Service

Went to return a pair of shoes bought the day before and was told in no uncertian terms they will not do the return without the the card. I can not understand because the actual invoice has the acc number number which one could use as well or request an ID number and do a search. Then i am told its the store policy??? I can buy at the store without a card however do not try to return anything if you did not take your card with you... Definately closing that account and never buying at your store again. You dont do me any favours by selling your products to us.
