Worst customer service from Ennerdale Pep

I'm so disappointed in the services i received from pep stores Ennerdale, i bought a cell in June and then retuned it on the 20th of July because it was faulty, when i took the phone in i got the worst service from as lady who didn't even great me and when i told her that the call center told me the phone will take 3 days to repair she she was rude and not willing to assist with the desire to, i collected the phone today the 8th August and no one called and sms'd me to notify of collection i got there just to get the most incompetent service again first cashier doesn't great tells me i must go to the next counter, the second cashier greats me with no enthusiasm as if she is doing me a favor to go and get my phone at the back she doesn't tell me she's going to look for it or coming back she just walks away comes past me again and and goes to the other end of the shop, after a 20 minute wait she comes with the phone and some forms reads them and goes away again, comes back to ask for my sim card which i left at home then asks me in a sarcastic tone how are we going to test the phone i told her if it doesn't work i'll bring it back, she then gives me a plastic for my phone no
