Mr Price lazy service

I filled in a form to open an account with Mr Price on Monday morning. The lady at the till told me it will take one day and I will receive an sms. I phoned them on Tuesday and they said that the form was never faxed and that they will fax it. I phoned again on Wednesday and they said that the form was never faxed. Another example of Mr Price not caring about their customers! Lazy and incompetent staff.
