Hair color washed out within two washes

I bought the new L'Oreal Foam hair color on my Edgars account in Brits Mall on the 15th of June 2013, excited to color my hair by myself because it looks easier with the foam, i decided to color my hair on the 2nd of June 2013. but after the first wash, it washed out, by now it seems as if i didn't even color my hair. i have always been satisfied with L'Oreal products, but this is unacceptable.
