Good day dear people who work at truworths... i have ordered 3 items via your online shopping facility 2 of which reached my apartment within 2 days the 3rd one though not tooo sure about that one. i have ordered these goods on the 13th of July and as per "your" terms and conditions it takes 3 days for delivery. i received a call regarding the 3rd item from someone working at your offices to confirm that the delivery guy could not find my address shocking as the other 2 items were delivered to the same address. to date i still do not have the 3rd item and it was confirmed on the 22nd that it would be delivered on the 24th, no one even contacts me to let me know why there is such a looong delay i dont have time for these games... kindly deliver the item before the 2nd of august without any delivery charge or i can settle my account and close it because clearly you dont want my business as i am such a bad client. should you wish to contact me you me do so during the following hours between 1pm and 2pm or after 4:30 alternatively you may email me
