THIS IS THE 3 RD TIME I HAVE ORDERED ON LINE AND EVERY SINGLE TIME THERE IS ONE OR ANOTHER ITEM THAT IS NOT AVAILABLE, BUT THIS DOES NOT GET UPDATED ON THEIR SYSTEM THERE'S JUST A RANDOM EMAIL YOU GET THAT STOCK IS NOT AVAILABLE AND WHO ARE THEY TO CHOOSE A RANDOM ITEM FOR YOU, THEY DON'T REPLY ON ANY EMAILS NOR DO THEY PHONE YOU BACK. THEY WERE SUPPOSE TO DELIVERED TODAY BUT THE WENT TO MY HOME ADDRESS AFTER I HAVE SPECIFICALLY SAID THAT IT SHOULD BE DELIVERED TO MY WORK ADDRESS, I ALSO MADE A NOTE TO SAY THE DELIVERY GUY SHOULD PHONE ME BEFORE HE DELIVERS THE ITEMS DIS I NOT!!! WHAT'S THE IDEA OF FILLING IN THAT PART OF THE FORM IF NOW ONE IS GOING TO LOOK AT IT??? I THINK THEIR SERVICE IS AND I DEMAND A CREDIT ON MY ACCOUNT FOR I WON'T PAY A DELIVERY FEE. AND I SUPPOSE THE RANDOM ITEM THEY HAVE CHOSEN FOR ME IS SOMETHING I ALREADY HAVE AND WOULD MEAN I HAVE TO MAKE A TRIP TO THE MALL ONCE AGAIN. i THINK FOR ALL THIS MESS UP'S I SHOULD BE GIVEN SOME SORT OF COMPENSATION.
