I went to Greenstone - Edgars to open an account, it took the ladies that work at the new account department 30 minutes to get there and assist us. Meanwhile Malebo who was busy with Credits/Returns she went an extra mile and assisted us, though she was not so sure about what she was doing but she assisted us and she is very friendly and I like that about her.
