Non delivery of item 5 weeks late

I ordered an item from groupon on the 30th of Nov 2012, the deal ended on the 3rd of December and redemption was automatic. On a call (#628212) where I requested the estimated delivery date Tammy said that this item WILL be delivered by the 21st, also, it states in the FAQ that items are delivered within 4 weeks, this item was also a christmas gift I expected to have it by Christmas. No delivery by the 21st, I then logged a support call on the 24th (#633939) I requested why it has not been delivered yet, I got the response from Kershia that this item will only be delivered in 5-7 weeks. On requesting why the delivery will be so late and how it does not agree with the timeframe set out by the FAQ (support call #636032)
I recieved the response from Pauline "We apologies for the delay in the delivery of goods, our courier company have recently been liquidated, hence the delay in deliveries. We apologies for any inconvenience caused. Expected delivery is within the first 2 weeks of January"
However, today, more than 5 weeks later on the second week of Jan, still no delivery!
I am utterly dissatisfied with groupons service, and would not recommend anyone to buy from groupon goods.
