Late Delivery of Medication

Ordered medication through MEDxPRESS and telephonically confirmed all OK and approved. Three of the 5 items were chronic medication. Six days later - no delivery. Phoned Andrea - they could not get one of the items therefore holding delivery back! Would deliver what they had and the other item later. Half hour later got a phone call to say that the one item was now unavailable. They would have to reverse the transaction.
Apart from getting messed around with this, the delivery for the other items happened 8 days after the order was placed. This was AFTER I had run out of my chronic medication. Was MEDxPRESS planning on sending my chronic meds only when the 1 item became available, even if it was weeks later? Lodged a complaint on Discovery website and got confirmation that somebody would contact me in one business day. This did not happen.
